Delivery & pickup

How long does delivery take?

Deliveries are made within 2–5 working days by ACS Courier to all Cyprus cities. We don’t dispatch on weekends or public holidays.

How much is delivery?

Shipping in Cyprus is free for all orders over €30.00. The shipping fee is €3.00 for orders under €30.00.

Returns

How do I return a product?

Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned at our shop within 14 working days, with the original receipt. See Cancellations & Returns.

When will I get my refund?

You receive a refund for the value of your purchase in the same method as the original payment. Payment and delivery charges are not refundable.

Warranty & repairs

What warranty do I get?

All items are guaranteed according to the manufacturer’s warranty, through the official service centre in Cyprus. See Warranty.

My product is faulty — what do I do?

Bring the product to our shop with the original purchase receipt. Our Service Department checks it and, if covered, it is repaired or replaced. Call 70074000 for help.
